Administrative Functions
Agencies licensed to use the ERS are able to:
- Insert their agency name into the banner on their Client ERS screens
- Provide a brief welcoming message for their clients who are taking the ERS
- Quickly identify clients that need follow-up (at 12/26/52 weeks)
- Generate reports on the employment readiness and employment status of their clients
